How we work
- Assessment. A passive outside check followed by a review with your authorised access.
- Backup and analysis. We keep a copy of the infected state and identify how the attacker got in.
- Cleanup. Files, database and server configuration are compared against clean originals; everything malicious is removed.
- Hardening. Updates, credential rotation, file permissions, security headers and, where possible, two-factor authentication.
- Verification and report. We re-scan, request Google reviews if needed and give you a written report of what was found and changed.
